Time to Clean Up

All hands on deck!

The sacristy needs some of your loving care.

Our beloved cathedral is freshly restored and painted but needs some extra love from everyone to make it ready for our reentry into the nave on Sunday, August 20.

Please look for sign up sheets in the Chapel; choose a Saturday or two; and please give us two hours of your time.

Our work will include the sacristy, the area outside the sacristy, the ambulatory, the altar, the columbarium, and polishing the silver and brass.

Susan Nelson will leading this four-week effort, from 9:30 am to Noon only. Here’s the anticipated schedule:

• July 29 – sacristy/both areas/ambulatory

• August 5 – sacristy/both areas/ambulatory

• August 12 – Polish the Pulpit - polishing altar items including silver and brass

• August 19 – dusting pews, final cleanup before Aug 20
